As can be seen in the table, the value for Kenema district in December 2016 was approximately four times larger than any of the other monthly values in the district for the period. In Western urban district, the value for November 2016 was roughly three times the other values in the series. In Kono district, the value for June 2017 was about eight times the other values for Kono district.
